Meet the Team

Founder, Executive Director

Charlotte Tchividjian-Sherry – Charlee earned her B.S. degree in Psychology from Liberty University in 2013. She has a deep passion to meet the needs of young mothers and babies with the Gospel of Christ. Charlee is the great granddaughter of Billy Graham and is inspired to compliment his legacy through a life in ministry. Since 2008, she has worked in maternity homes, single mother support groups, and crisis pregnancy centers to engage herself in the culture of young moms. In 2011, she began a small mentoring program for pregnant teens in Lynchburg, VA. Because of the tremendous impact this ministry had, the Lord led her to launch the vision as a non-profit organization in order to reach more mothers and babies. Her favorite Bible verse is Acts 20:24, “But I do not account my life of any value nor as precious to myself, if only I may finish my course and the ministry that I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.”

She has served as a mentor and co-leader in Ema Ministries for 2 years helping teen moms grow emotionally, spiritually, and skillfully as a young mother and woman. Diamond has had an influential impact on the organization and a passion to minister to young single moms and children. Her favorite Bible verse is Philippians 3:13-14, “Brothers, I do not consider that I have made it my own. But one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.”
